gave the motivation to draw a fanart of the superb manga "Claymore". I said I would draw, I finaly did. Let's introduce this character:
! ! !WARNING! ! ! Though it is a fanfic, it may contain SPOILERS!
"Everybody say Man was created before Woman, but everybody know it is a lie."
Male claymores were supposed to be created before the generations of female claymores, it is what the members of the Organisation pretend. But the truth is completely different...
At the very beginning, the members of the organisation were scientists who discovered a place full of a strange liquid they called "Ambrosia". That substance had the particularity to change things like a simple mouse to an voracious hunter... which ate flesh and guts...
Since the begining she was different... and already considered like a monster... She was the only woman in the group of scientists and she had four arms. By pure sadism and madness, other scientists decided to test "Ambrosia" on her, by force. No one could say how much of that substance was injected in her veins, and also how she suffered... The operation was a success, she was still alive and her body had not changed, except her hair and her eyes... but her memory and her personnality were somehow erased, she did not remember her name either, so she was called Eva, the number 0.
Contrary to the animals turn into monsters, Eva only needed blood to be "feed". She was used as a subjetc of tests and also as an "executionner" to end the failures of experiments. A lot of humans were used as guinea-pig, but all were failures who tried to escape. Without knowing why, Eva spared some ones, sometimes...
Though she had no memories of what she was, she had a inhuman ability to learn. Not only the art of the sword, but also everything concerning... everything...
She was strong and intelligent, and it looked limitless... The Organisation began to fear her, and decided to create a new generation of claymores, less powerfull in order to be easier to control. It was the Male generation.
In the laboratory of The Organisation, one day, Eva discovered something that shocked her so much she became crazy: by pure sadism and madness, a baby was used as an experiment. Like a bad joke, he was even given a sword with his symbol... Memories of the day she was turned into "that" were coming back... She took the baby with her and also his sword, then she left The Organisation.
She was sent that new generation of claymore, but she stroke them all, even the already almighty Isley she spared if he accepted to never talk about her to anyone else.
Erased from the memories of the Organisation, she is like she never was... rumors on her don't exist either, only the very head of The Organisation and Isley know her existence... But since she left, the number of Yoma and Awakened Being has never stopped to increase...
About the baby... She called him Adam. But it is another story...
I hope you liked this little fanfic and this fan art, about the fanfic I guess I will submit a more detailed one later, and maybe even in "Written" deviations.
The Fanart is not finished at all, it is just the lineart I show. For those ones who are interested in coloring this lineart, just ask me ok? I didn't ink any effect of reflect in order to give a greater freedom in the coloring. For now I don't know if it will be a digital or a traditionnal final wor. I will see later...
Now just Enjoy...
PS: Claymore manga/anime/universe are belong to Norihiro Yagi I thank him for having created a such good manga *o*! ! ! I already know there is a claymore named Eva, but she just appeared on 2 pages of the manga x'D (she died then)
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
